Network Consultancy and Troubleshooting
Sometimes you need someone to look at a problem, or a decision, before you commit to it. Some problems do not give themselves up easily. An intermittent dropout nobody can pin down, a connection between sites that keeps failing, a network that has been slow for months and nobody can say why.
With your authorisation we arrange secure access to the relevant equipment so the issue can be investigated properly, traced back to its source, and either fixed by us or handed to you as a clear recommendation. We work the problem layer by layer, testing rather than guessing, and we document what we find as we go so you can see the reasoning behind every conclusion.
This is engineering work carried out by a qualified network engineer, and it is charged accordingly. We will quote before we begin so you know the cost up front.

We don't just deploy your equipment and walk away. Every network we build comes with clear, complete documentation — every device labelled, every connection mapped, every configuration recorded — handed over to you so your IT professionals can manage it confidently and plan future upgrades with ease. No hunting through old notes or guessing what a previous technician meant to do.
We also offer this as a standalone service, because we know not every business came to us with a clean slate. If you've inherited a network with no records, and nobody's quite sure what plugs into what, you're not alone — it's one of the most common problems we see. We'll come in, assess what's actually there, trace every connection, and provide clear recommendations based on what we find. Where a rebuild makes more sense than working around what's in place, we'll provide a quote for a brand-new network solution alongside your documentation, so you can make an informed decision either way.
